About the Role:

As a Home Care Consultant at Home Instead Northwest Houston, you have a unique opportunity to blend your sales skills with a passion for community. We're looking for a goal oriented individual, to expand and grow our services in the North Katy and Cypress/Towne Lake/Copperfield area. You will work closely with our Spring/Cypress Admin Team, and as you build our presence in the North Katy and Cypress/Towne Lake/Copperfield area, we will continue to build a team to support you and your clients in that your territory.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Build Relationships: Develop and nurture relationships with referral sources like hospitals, physicians, and assisted living facilities.
• Drive Sales Goals: Achieve inquiry generation objectives and increase market share through consultative sales processes.
• Plan and Execute: Develop weekly and monthly sales and marketing plans in conjunction with leadership.
• Brand Ambassador: Represent Home Instead services effectively to referral providers with both individual meetings and group presentations.
• Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of sales and prospecting activities to maximize territory potential.
• Lead Generation: Develop a database of qualified leads through cold calling, emails, and networking.
• Care Coordination: Effectively manage multiple demands that come with the changing needs of clients. Must be able to work in a fast-paced organization and possess excellent communication skills, be service-oriented and have the ability to work well individually and in a team environment.
• Client Connections: Conduct new client consultations, client/Care Professional introductions, and build relationships with clients through problem resolution and quality assurance visits as needed (starting at 20 clients, up to 50 clients).
• Community Involvement: Engage in various PR strategies to enhance brand visibility.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Sales Experience: Proven track record in business or sales, consultative sales experience a plus.
• Management Experience: Experience in managing a case load of clients to promote retention and client success.
• Driving Requirement: Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Skills for Success: Strong communication, organizational skills, professionalism, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
